Moncrieff Leathers

Sporran, Black 18th Century Style, with GR Cypher #4

Regular price $175.00

This sporran is a Black 18th Century Style made of black cowhide and black hand dyed vegi tanned cowhide.  The Flap has been embellished with a hand tooled replica of the GR Cypher, as seen on a belly box from the French & Indian War period. The closure is a brass stud. The drawstrings are embellished with hand laced Turks Heads Knots. The belt loop will accomodate up to a 1.25 " wide belt. The bag measures approximately 8.5" wide and 9" tall (top of flap to bottom of sporran). There is plenty of room for your cell phone, wallet keys, whiskey flask, etc. (Belt pictured is not included, but available, pm for details)

This is not meant to be a replication of any extant sporran from the FIW period. It is simply a whimsy, if you will. I thought it would look cool, so I made one, well this is number 4 actually.
