Shipping & Return Policies

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped FREE via First Class Postage. This is a new thing for us. There may be snags that we have not anticipated, but hopefully this will work well for us and our customers.

Expedited Shipping is not free, if you prefer Expedited Shipping, please contact us for actual cost of shipping the item you are purchasing before placing your order.

All orders are shipped via one of these carriers, USPS, FedEx, or UPS, which ever is determined as most expedient for/by Moncrieff Leathers. 

All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days. Please note that we only ship orders Monday- Friday. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on Mondays. Delivery times will vary, especially around the holidays.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated, we do not provide money-back guarantees for the failure of any delivery method to deliver your item in a timely fashion. We will work very hard to insure your package is safely delivered to you. 

A tracking number is only available to packages shipped to the US. 

All shipments are insured. All claims for lost or damaged shipments can only be filed by Moncrieff Leathers.

If your package is marked as undeliverable or returned to the sender, a reshipping fee will be required if you want to try again.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Moncrieff Leathers is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

Moncrieff Leathers is not responsible for replacement of items lost, stolen or damaged by your the delivery service in your area. If Moncrieff Leathers can recover insurance from the carrier we will pass a refund  or replacement on to you, minus shipping. 

Let us know if the item you are purchasing is a gift. If the item is a gift please clearly state the address the item is to be shipped to and the address of the person making the purchase. 

Note to International Customers; There may be taxes, tariffs, duties and/or VAT costs applied by your countries customs system to your order before the delivery of your package. These charges are not included in the original shipping amount or purchase price you have paid and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Moncrieff Leathers. If you refuse the order, you will not be refunded shipping. You will not be refunded the cost of the item by Moncrieff Leathers, unless or until the item is returned in original condition. Please see Return Policies below for details.

 

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days. In order to secure a refund, products must returned in new, unused, condition and be neatly packaged and insured for your protection. Products returned after 30 days or returned in less-than-new condition may be rejected or subject to a restock fee which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Items which have been damaged or altered in any way are not returnable or refundable. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances, and return shipping is the customers responsibility. Please include the name and billing address of the person or organization which placed the original order. Include a daytime phone number and/or an email address so that we may contact you during regular business hours if we have questions about the return.

Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser. Refunds will only be issued in the same manner in which the original payment was made, i.e. through PayPal or Credit Card.  

All custom made to order items are not eligible for return or refund.

Any attempts to defraud Moncrieff Leathers will by prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
