Purse, Turquiose & Tan, Rob Roy Sporran Styled

This is a purse based on the men's sporran I make. The bag measures approximately 8" wide an 9" tall (top of flap to bottom of purse). It has a 2" gusset. There is an inside pocket for your cell phone. It has a hand dyed cowhide shoulder strap that has a max length of 50" and can be shortened to 44", although I can make longer or shorter shoulder strap if you need it. The turquoise body of the bag is a soft 4 oz. cowhide. The flap is a hand braided 4-5 oz. vegi-tanned cowhide that is hand dyed. The flap is held in place by a tan and turquoise braided bolo cord and Brass Concho with Pictish design. The same cord is used to hold the body of the bag closed, both have tassels with Turks Head Knot Finials.
